Deb Sampey was a teacher, coach, department chair, dean of students and middle school director at the Latin School of Chicago for 37 years - serving as the MS Director for the last 29 years.
During that time, she mentored thousands of students and parents on how to thrive during the middle school years. Deb has taken that love of helping students succeed and created an empathetic, comprehensive, and data driven method to identify a child's strengths and areas of growth to navigate a path for success.
